WASHINGTON, DC (Sept. 9, 2015) — LCG, a fast-growing, leading provider of innovative grants management and technology solutions to federal agencies in the areas of health and science, announced today it has been awarded a $4 million contract by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide core IT service support to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, part of the National Institutes of Health. Under the terms of the contract, Rockville-based LCG will deliver project management, professional and technical support services necessary to operate NIDA’s integrated IT environment.

Under the contract, which began July 1, LCG will provide a broad range of services and technology systems support, including:
- Comprehensive end-user information technology support.
- Network administration service.
- Server and systems administration for several operating systems.
- Network engineering capabilities.
- Desktop and infrastructure security services.
Additionally, LCG will develop and implement industry-standard practice and procedures necessary to provide the full range of IT infrastructure operations, maintenance and end-user support to help NIDA accomplish its goals.
