WASHINGTON – May 17, 2016 - LCG, a fast-growing, leading provider of innovative grants management and technology solutions to federal agencies in the areas of health and science, announced today that Carlene Carter has been named director of LCG’s Program Management Office.
In this role, Carlene will leverage her deep understanding of LCG’s core competencies, program management approach, and CMMI Level 3 processes, as well as her broad experience with our clients, program managers and staff, to help drive our program management and capabilities expansion initiatives. She also works directly with LCG’s CEO, Conrad Kenley, on strategic client initiatives.
Carlene offers 21+ years of contract experience serving the Federal Government and provides a career history of quality project management and project portfolio oversight. Her experience includes supporting the CMMI appraisal process and providing exemplary leadership in LCG’s successful CMMI Level 3 certification effort.
