WASHINGTON — Oct. 6, 2015 — LCG, a fast-growing, leading provider of innovative grants management and technology solutions to federal agencies in the areas of health and science, announced today it has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Innovation and Improvement to provide logistical support for discretionary grant competitions and peer reviews. LCG will support this BPA as a subcontractor to FM Talent Source, an 8(a) minority-owned small business that provides nationwide business consulting, staff augmentation and recruitment services.

Under the new contract, LCG and FM Talent will have the opportunity to provide administrative and logistical support and report results for:
- Activities associated with the recruitment, training, evaluation and management of peer reviewers.
- Peer reviews conducted on-site or virtually.
- Improvements to the current peer review system.
- Design, reproduction and distribution of guidance documents.

The BPAs will have a 60-month ordering period and are for use by all principal offices within the Department of Education.
