LCG Achieves Prestigious ISO 20000-1 & 27001 Certifications: A Milestone in Quality, Service, and Security Excellence

LCG attained ISO 20000-1 and 27001 certifications—joining an elite group of firms who possess ISO certifications within an Integrated Management System (IMS). These certifications, along with the recently renewed ISO 9001, confirm our tremendous growth, maturity, and successful execution as this achievement positions LCG as a competitive organization committed to quality and continuous improvement.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
ISO 9001 proves that LCG has a robust quality control system in place.

ISO 20000-1:2018 Service Management System (SMS)
The ISO 20000-1 SMS helps define how LCG meets our service management objectives and manages the service lifecycle, including the planning, design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services.

ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
The ISMS assures current and potential customers that LCG has a system in place to manage risks related to our data security. This system preserves the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information by applying a risk management process and gives confidence that risks are adequately managed.
